A recent PBS docu-series unveiled this week sheds light on Democrats’ strategic use of the January 6 Capitol Hill protests to disseminate propaganda and sow fear across the nation.
James Goldston, former president of ABC News, was reportedly enlisted by PBS to spearhead a documentary aimed at orchestrating what critics have labeled a “show trial” propaganda campaign with nationwide reach.
As previously disclosed by Breitbart News, Goldston’s involvement with the January 6 committee raised eyebrows due to his controversial tenure at ABC, during which the network allegedly suppressed coverage of Jeffrey Epstein’s scandal.
The committee’s meticulous selection of witnesses, regardless of the veracity of their testimony, served to manipulate public perception surrounding the events of January 6. Goldston’s role in organizing the committee’s extensive material became evident during the inaugural televised hearings, where committee members recited scripted remarks from TelePrompters.
Despite assertions of impartiality, the committee’s actions have faced scrutiny for destroying crucial evidence, potentially compromising the rights of former President Trump. The validity of its subpoenas has also come under legal scrutiny, with critics contending that they overstepped the bounds of the committee’s mandate.
The committee’s credibility was further challenged by Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi’s unprecedented rejection of minority party nominees, opting instead for anti-Trump Republicans, prompting questions about the committee’s impartiality.
A Reuters/Ipsos opinion poll revealed that a majority of Republicans believe left-wing instigators were behind the January 6 protests, aiming to tarnish Trump’s image. Additionally, a significant portion of Republicans perceive most protesters as law-abiding citizens falsely portrayed by Democrats.
