A police officer was filmed ordering Gospel singer Harmonie London to stop singing.
According to the officer, London was “not allowed to sing church songs outside of church grounds.”
The police volunteer officer emphasized that hymns cannot be sung “outside of church grounds unless you have, uh, unless you’re authorized by the church to do this kind of song.”
“Are you saying you don’t care about the Human Rights Act?” the person recording says.
The officer sticks her tongue out at the camera.
