Transgender activist and biological male Dylan Mulvaney released a song called “Days of Girlhood.”
In the video, Mulvaney shares so-called “hot girl” behaviors, including binge drinking, casual sex, overspending, and mental breakdowns.
According to Limmy Emmons from The Post Millennial, “Dylan Mulvaney doesn’t fantasize about being a woman, he fantasizes about being a girl. Femininity is a fetish he uses to gain fame.”
Singing about poor behaviors, Mulvaney chants, “These are the days, these are the days, these are the days of girlhood.”
The music video was met with widespread backlash.
“Dear Dylan Mulvaney: Women don’t act like that but you wouldn’t know since you’re a MAN,” one social media user said.
“Dylan Mulvaney is not a woman and knows nothing about girlhood. He’s a man. Period,” Liz Wheeler said.
