Florida Senator Rick Scott (R) called for the 25th Amendment to be invoked to remove Biden from office.<\/p>\n

Referring to the Hur report, Scott wrote on X, \u201cThis report labels Biden as a \u2018well meaning, elderly man with a poor memory.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cThat does not describe someone who should be the Commander in Chief of our armed forces and the defender of American freedoms. It\u2019s time for his cabinet to invoke the 25th Amendment.\u201d<\/p>\n

Rep. Claudia Tenney (R-NY) also called for Biden to be removed.<\/p>\n

\u201cAfter concluding that President Biden knowingly and willfully removed, mishandled, and disclosed classified documents repeatedly over a period of decades, Mr. Hur nevertheless recommended that charges not be brought against him,\u201d Tenney wrote in a letter obtained by Fox News<\/a>. \u201cSpecial Counsel\u2019s reasoning was alarming.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cHe recited numerous instances in which President Biden exhibited dramatically compromised mental faculties and concluded that a jury would be likely to perceive President Biden as a sympathetic and forgetful old man.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cWe don\u2019t prosecute or decline to prosecute people based on their personalities, or on the public\u2019s anticipated perception of them,\u201d Tenney added. \u201cIf Special Counsel finds that the evidence forms a reasonable basis to bring charges, he must do so.\u201d<\/p>\n

Former White House doctor Rep. Ronny Jackon (R-TX) also urged for the 25th Amendment to be invoked.<\/p>\n

Jackson told Breitbart<\/a>, \u201cWe\u2019ve been saying this for a long time. I had been saying this since before he actually became elected President, that this man is not cognitively fit to be our president. I said that it would continue to get worse. It has. Everyone has continued to see it on a regular basis.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cHe\u2019s our Commander-in-Chief, our head of state and you know, if he can\u2019t stand trial, because of his cognitive issues, I mean, it goes without saying that he can\u2019t be the president of the United States. And so then he gets on TV and he tries to refute this. And he makes it even worse.\u201d<\/p>\n

Following the Hur report, Biden appeared at a press conference to refute the finding that he is facing mental challenges.<\/p>\n

As a reporter said, \u201cAmerican people have been watching and they have expressed concerns about your age\u2026\u201d Biden interjected and said, \u201cThat is your judgment!\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
