The Senate must take it up immediately.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The Republican leaders emphasized that \u201cAmerica\u2019s sovereignty is at stake,\u201d noting, \u201cAny consideration of this Senate bill in its current form is a waste of time. It is DEAD on arrival in the House.
