{"id":7375,"date":"2024-01-29T12:51:15","date_gmt":"2024-01-29T07:21:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cccfornews.com\/index.php\/2024\/01\/29\/haley-vows-to-continue-despite-defeat-to-trump-in-new-hampshire-primary\/"},"modified":"2024-01-29T12:51:15","modified_gmt":"2024-01-29T07:21:15","slug":"haley-vows-to-continue-despite-defeat-to-trump-in-new-hampshire-primary","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cccfornews.com\/index.php\/2024\/01\/29\/haley-vows-to-continue-despite-defeat-to-trump-in-new-hampshire-primary\/","title":{"rendered":"Haley Vows to Continue Despite Defeat to Trump in New Hampshire Primary"},"content":{"rendered":"<p> <br \/>\n<br \/><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/media.swncdn.com\/via\/images\/2023\/02\/03\/29297\/29297-nikki-haley-gettyimages-theo-wargo-staff_source_file.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Former President Donald Trump has won the Republican primary Tuesday night in New Hampshire.<\/p>\n<p>As reported by the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/interactive\/2024\/01\/23\/us\/elections\/results-new-hampshire-republican-primary.html\">New York Times<\/a>, Trump defeated former South Carolina governor Nikki Haley with a voter percentage of 54.6 percent over 43.2 percent.<\/p>\n<div>\n<p>Despite the loss, Haley told supporters that she will not drop out of the presidential race, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnbc.com\/2024\/01\/23\/new-hampshire-primary-live-updates-nikki-haley-battles-donald-trump-to-the-finish.html\">CBNC\u00a0<\/a>reports.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhat a great night\u201d, she said during a speech shortly after networks projected Trump\u2019s victory.<\/p>\n<p>Over in Nashua, Trump delivered a victory speech after he won Tuesday night.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLet\u2019s not have somebody take a victory when she had a very bad night,\u201d Trump said of Haley. \u201cShe had a very bad night.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, one Republican fundraiser shared that one donor who raised $100,000 for Haley said that \u201cthey are one.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s over. I\u2019m sure there more as the night goes,\u201d the fundraiser, who chose to remain anonymous continued.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>He also shared that he has heard from Haley financers who are also looking for an exit.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>On the Democratic side, President Joe Biden won his party\u2019s New Hampshire primary as a write-in candidate since his name was not included on the ballot.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt is now clear that Donald Trump will be the Republican nominee,\u201d Biden said in a statement released by his campaign.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAnd my message to the country is the stakes could not be higher. Our Democracy. Our personal freedoms \u2014 from the right to choose to the right to vote. Our economy \u2014 which has seen the strongest recovery in the world since COVID.
