With the Supreme Court siding with the America Last policies of the Biden administration, Congress must stand with Governor Greg Abbott as he fights for the sovereignty of his state and our nation.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>On X, Collins wrote, \u201cToday, I\u2019m introducing the RAZOR Act. That authority is the supreme law of the land and supersedes any federal statutes to the contrary.
