<\/h2>\nWisdom For The Day Devotional 30 March 2024 By Bishop Mike Okonkwo \u2013 Risen And Seated With Christ<\/h2>\n
TOPIC:\u00a0<\/strong>Risen And Seated With Christ (TREM Devotional 30 March 2024)<\/p>\n \u201cIf ye then be risen with Christ, seek those things which are above, where\u00a0Christ\u00a0sitteth on the right hand of God.\u201d Colossians 3:1 (KJV)<\/em><\/p>\n MESSAGE:<\/strong><\/p>\n In the mind of justice, when Jesus died on the Cross, the whole world died with Him because He died for all men. However, Christianity didn\u2019t start from His death but from His resurrection. When God raised Him from the dead, you were raised together with Him, and you became a new creation, alive to God. This is the birth of the Church. His Resurrection gave birth to the New Creation, which cannot be held down by sin, death, or even grave because of what Jesus did for us. When He died, He died as us; when He rose, He rose as us. Today, we have a new life. Hallelujah!!!<\/p>\n The new creation is the fruit of His redemption (Romans 8:23). You have been brought out of death\u2014spiritual death\u2014into life! You came alive with Christ, with His resurrection life. Knowing that you\u2019ve been raised together with Christ and seated with Him in the heavenly realms, the Bible says you should seek those things which are above. Have the consciousness of one who\u2019s seated together with Christ in the place of dominion, glory, and power. It\u2019s a place where there\u2019s no darkness, sickness, defeat, and pain, a place of absolute mastery and authority.<\/p>\n The Bible says Jesus is seated at the right hand of God (the right hand of power and dominion). This means He has authority over all creation and heaven and earth. But guess what? God has lifted us up into glory along with Christ. We sit with Him in the heavenly realms of power, dominion, and majesty (Ephesians 2:6). We occupy the same position of authority, with the power of attorney to act in His stead. What a blessed reality to be joint heirs with Christ! That is why I encouraged you yesterday to read the entire account and meditate on it so you can become one with this truth.<\/p>\n As you celebrate in this season, live in the consciousness that you have been made new and walk in that reality.<\/p>\n FURTHER READING<\/strong> DAILY BIBLE READING<\/strong> Daily Confession<\/strong><\/p>\n God is my refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. For God has not given me the spirit of fear but He has given me the Spirit of love, power and sound mind. (Psalm 46:1-2,5,7, Ephesians 6:10; 2 Tim 1:7)<\/p>\n Every day and in every way I am getting better: spiritually, physically, financially, mentally, morally, and in all my endeavours.<\/p>\n I am called for a purpose; I will fulfill this purpose and I will arrive at God\u2019s ordained destiny for my life. Nothing will cut me short. I will make a formidable impact in my world for the Kingdom.
