Yellowstone\u201d<\/a>\u00a0actor Forrie J. Smith said he was kicked off an airplane over the weekend because he refused to sit beside a masked passenger.<\/p>\nThe 65-year-old said he was stranded at the airport in Houston, Texas, because he spoke up about another passenger wearing a face covering.<\/p>\n
\u201cI just got kicked off a plane in \u2014 where the hell am I at? \u2014 Houston, Texas, because I told them I didn\u2019t feel comfortable sitting next to somebody with a mask on,\u201d Smith said.<\/p>\n
\n\u201cI\u2019ve been sitting in the airport for three hours, yeah, I\u2019m drinking,\u201d he added. \u201cBut I ain\u2019t drunk. But they throwed me off the plane because I\u2019m drunk because you people won\u2019t stand up and tell everybody what bulls**t this is.\u201d<\/p>\n
\u201cI just told them I didn\u2019t feel comfortable about sitting next to somebody that had to wear a mask,\u201d Smith continued. \u201cAnd I\u2019m off the plane.\u201d<\/p>\n
In February 2022, Smith said<\/a> in a then-deleted Instagram post that he would not be attending the Screen Actors Guild awards over its vaccine requirements.<\/p>\n\u201cI want to apologize to y\u2019all for not being at the Screen Actors Guild Awards. I mean no offense to anyone,\u201d Smith said at the time. <\/p>\n
