Planet Fitness<\/a> revoked an Alaskan woman\u2019s membership after she took a photo of a \u201cman with a penis\u201d at one of the gym\u2019s women\u2019s locker rooms earlier this week.<\/p>\n A woman recorded herself at the\u00a0Fairbanks location speaking about the incident when she said a person identifying as \u201cqueer LBG\u201d was shaving in the female locker room.<\/p>\n Planet Fitness confirmed to Fox News Digital that the woman violated the gym\u2019s policy regarding taking photos and\/or videos in the locker room.<\/p>\n \u201cAs the home of the Judgement Free Zone, Planet Fitness is committed to creating an inclusive environment,\u201d Planet Fitness chief corporate affairs officer\u00a0McCall Gosselin said in a statement. <\/p>\n \u201cOur gender identity non-discrimination policy, states that members and guests may use the gym facilities that best align with their sincere, self-reported gender identity. The member who posted on social media violated our mobile device policy that prohibits taking photos of individuals in the locker room, which resulted in their membership being terminated.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n The woman, Patricia Silva, said she went to the gym and saw \u201ca man with a penis\u201d shaving in the women\u2019s locker room.<\/p>\n
