According to ABC News\u2019s chief medical correspondent, there were \u201cglaring omissions\u201d in President Joe Biden\u2019s recently released physical report.<\/p>\n

As reported <\/a>by BizPac Review, the 81-year-old president underwent his annual exam at Walter Reed on Wednesday. Appearing on \u201cThe View\u201d on Friday, Dr. Jennifer Ashton highlighted what was absent from the report, according to Fox News Digital.<\/a><\/p>\n

\u201cWe do what\u2019s called a review of systems any time we do a physical exam on someone,\u201d she explained. \u201cThat includes not only just general neurologic evaluation but a mental evaluation, a screening for depression or psychiatric illness, mental illness, anxiety \u2014 not in there. Cognitive exam \u2014 not in there.\u201d<\/p>\n

While the report may have seemed comprehensive to Biden\u2019s physician, Ashton noted, \u201cif you\u2019re a health care professional, you know what things have not been in there.\u201d<\/p>\n

Co-host Joy Behar downplayed the missing evaluations and urged Dr. Ashton to do the same.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe question is, can he do the job, and it looks like he can,\u201d Behar asserted.<\/p>\n

Ashton refrained from stating that Biden wasn\u2019t fit for duty.<\/p>\n

\u201cI am not his physician,\u201d she responded, \u201cbut again, he does have a qualified physician, and it was a thorough report, but something is missing.\u201d<\/p>\n

Following President Biden\u2019s exam, White House physician Dr. Kevin O\u2019Connor stated, \u201cPresident Biden is a healthy, active 81-year-old male, who remains fit to successfully execute the duties of the Presidency, to include those as Chief Executive, Head of State and Commander in Chief.\u201d<\/p>\n

White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre informed reporters that \u201cit is not the norm\u201d to have a president\u2019s doctor answer questions in the briefing room.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt is not the norm,\u201d she emphasized on Wednesday. \u201cIt has happened a couple of times over the 35 years, but it\u2019s not the norm.\u201d<\/p>\n

Jean-Pierre asserted that President Biden doesn\u2019t require a cognitive test and operates on the \u201cgranular level\u201d every day.<\/p>\n

\u201cThat is not my assessment,\u201d she stated. \u201cThat is the assessment of the president\u2019s doctor. That is also the assessment of the neurologist who has also made that assessment as well.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cAnd, you know,\u201d she continued, \u201cand you\u2019ve heard us say this, and I\u2019ll reiterate this, the president\u2019s doctor has said, if you look at what this president, the president, who is also the commander in chief, he passes a cognitive test every day. Every day. As he moves from one topic to another topic try\u2013 understanding the granular level of these topics.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
