It\u2019s illegal. But we do have, I can give you a packet of the two locations that do it in Kansas.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The managing director explained that \u201cpeople will come pick them [the minors] up. It doesn\u2019t matter if the school agrees or not. We say that she was at the doctor. And we can cut off our letterhead so it doesn\u2019t even say where she was.\u201d<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">\ud83d\udea8BREAKING PART ONE\ud83d\udea8<\/p>\n<p>MOM CAN\u2019T KNOW: Planned Parenthood (<a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/PPFA?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">@PPFA<\/a>) Transports Minors Across State Lines for Secret Abortions<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe never tell the parents anything.\u201d \u2013 Managing Director, Kansas City, Missouri <\/p>\n<p>RT &amp; SHARE <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/hashtag\/SecretAbortions?src=hash&amp;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">#SecretAbortions<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/TxtK2K2kFM\">pic.twitter.com\/TxtK2K2kFM<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 Project Veritas (@Project_Veritas) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/Project_Veritas\/status\/1737984974677057700?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">December 21, 2023<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>\u201cToday, I am proud to announce that the state of Missouri is moving forward with a lawsuit to permanently drive Planned Parenthood from the state of Missouri,\u201d Bailey said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis lawsuit is a direct result of the investigation conducted by Project Veritas in November of 2023 that uncovered an agent of a Planned Parenthood clinic in Kansas City, brazenly committed to past, present, and future violations of this state\u2019s laws regarding proper parental consent notification, a conspiracy to traffic women out of state for abortions, and a conspiracy to conceal the sexual exploitation of children.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhat is contained in the investigative video produced by Project Veritas is deplorable,\u201d Bailey\u2019s statement continued. \u201cPlanned Parenthood by state statute is a mandatory reporter for any sexual offenses against children. And yet in the video, an agent of Planned Parenthood is committed to concealing the fact that a 13-year-old who cannot legally consent to sexual conduct has experienced sexual abuse. This should disgust anyone concerned about the health and safety of women and children in the state of Missouri.\u201d<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">&#8220;This lawsuit is a direct result of the investigation conducted by Project Veritas in November of 2023 that uncovered an agent of a Planned Parenthood clinic in Kansas City brazenly committed to past, present, and future violations of this state&#8217;s laws regarding proper parental\u2026<\/p>\n<p>\u2014 Project Veritas (@Project_Veritas) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/Project_Veritas\/status\/1763202226825134409?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">February 29, 2024<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>\u201cMissouri law prohibits elective abortion, but Missouri law also forbids any person to \u2018intentionally cause, aid, or assist a minor to obtain an abortion without [parental] consent\u2019 or informed consent, even if the abortion occurs in another \u2018state or place,\u2019\u201d the <a href=\"https:\/\/first-heritage-foundation.s3.amazonaws.com\/live_files\/2024\/02\/2024-2-29-Missouri-v.-Planned-Parenthood-Petition-for-Injunctive-Relief.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">lawsuit<\/a> says. \u201cYet that is exactly what video evidence shows Planned Parenthood is doing. Violating the \u2018deeply rooted\u2019 right of parents and the laws of Missouri, Planned Parenthood is inducing minors into making life-changing\u2014and life-ending\u2014decisions without parental consent.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMissouri law expressly authorizes this Court to enter injunctive relief to block this conduct. The Court should speedily enter an injunction.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Attorney General Baily announced the lawsuit on X, writing, Today, I am filing suit against Planned Parenthood for trafficking minors out of state to obtain abortions without parental consent.
