This societal group, through its collective activity, turns that privilege over time into societal power.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>One of the training slides discusses \u201cColonialism and Colonization.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>An effect of \u201ccolonialism and colonization\u201d is the \u201cerasure of gender and sexual identities,\u201d according to the slide.<\/p>\n<p>Another slide shows \u201cSystems of Oppression,\u201d including \u201cheterosexism,\u201d \u201csexism,\u201d \u201ccis-sexism,\u201d \u201cEurocentrism\/Western centrism,\u201d and others.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOppression\u201d is linked to \u201chealth disparities,\u201d according to the next slide.
