IRS employees were subjected to a mandatory continuing education program involving diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) training, according to materials obtained<\/a> by Judicial Watch.<\/p>\n An anonymous individual shared with Judicial Watch that \u201cthey want us to consider people\u2019s race.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cCriminals don\u2019t discriminate. White collar criminals are mostly what [IRS Criminal Investigation] goes after,\u201d the individual explained.<\/p>\n One slide, titled, \u201cCultural Inclusion Is About Justice,\u201d says that \u201cjustice\u201d is for one whose \u201ccultural safety is being sacrificed to allow the dominant culture to degrade the subordinate culture.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cInclusion\u201d is described as an instance where \u201ceverybody\u2019s culture has been heard.\u201d<\/p>\n The slide was written by Dafina Lazurus-Stewart, a transgender individual who condemns<\/a> \u201cwhiteness.\u201d<\/p>\n Another slide asks employees to develop their \u201ccross-cultural competence\u201d by assessing \u201cpersonal limitations\u201d and the \u201cunderstanding of your culturally different customers\/colleagues without negative judgments.\u201d<\/p>\n The call for DEI programs has also infiltrated the Pentagon.<\/p>\n In January the Pentagon\u00a0released<\/a>\u00a0a strategy calling for the development of a defense-industrial base focusing on diversity.<\/p>\n \u201cLack of diversity leads to a lack of new ideas and innovation,\u201d the Pentagon states<\/a>.<\/p>\n \u201cDiversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) is important to ensure that we have an industrial base that reflects the nation itself,\u201d the report says, describing a goal of recruiting individuals from \u201cnon-traditional communities.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
